I’ve used the services of Pooper Trooper over the last 10 years and have found them to be top notch, totally professional.  Since I’d leave for work in the dark and return in the dark from fall to spring. I had no time for cleaning up after my dog Abby. I would often cancel their service in the summer where I could clean up in the daylight but would re-up their services in the fall. Pooper Trooper has always been dependable in their routine. They’ve been on schedule and communicated well in advance of any changes. Their pricing is fair and reasonable. I wholly recommend their service. Now that I’ve just recently retired, I can take up this task myself.

When I first heard of Pooper Trooper I just laughed and thought that it was just a little neighborhood service that went around and cleaned up dog poop.  Cedar May belongs to my teenage daughter. Of course when she first got the dog she promised to make sure that there was never a mess in the yard.  But as time went by and life took it’s natural course the messes started to pile up so I decided to give Pooper Trooper a call.  They were very professional and we made an appointment for the following day. Cedar’s messes were obvious but we also have 2 little Chihuahuas that use our yard and their messes are so small that before Cedar we never had to clean up the yard.  Amazingly the PT rep noted the small dog messes right off the bat. I was impressed with their process as well.  They do a thorough job picking up the messes and put it into a bag and treat it. They then seal the bag and store it in a can with the next garbage pick up. They are also very careful not to cross contaminate from one home to the next. The fee Pooper Trooper charges is fair and reasonable for the amazing service you receive.  My daughter and I split the expense and now there are no more arguments about the yard.  I would recommend Bill and Nicki to anyone who has a pet and a busy life.  My dogs love them and their employees and I get excited every time I see that little white truck with the green badge on the side.

You know the saying…pick your battles. Well we decided who was going to scoop was not a battle we needed in our household so we “outsourced” that to Pooper Trooper all the way back in 2006. I can say it has been a great decision. They do a great job! They come and go without a peep at our place and magically the yard is cleaner and the poop is bagged so well it never smells in our trash can either!

As the name suggests, I would highly recommend Pooper Trooper be considered as the most professional pet waste removal company there is. This isn’t just their service and knowledge of the business, but in the appearance of their operators, trucks and equipment. Trooper Trooper has provided services for several of the Homeowner Community Associations I currently manage throughout King County and Snohomish area and their customer service is truly exceptional.
